Please note all shipping/courier charges, etc. (excluding the cost of idol) are payable in advance depending upon the port and the type and style of idol the client has ordered. These costs includes the packaging charges. The costs are only computable at the time of confirmed order considering the destination port and allied charges related to clearing.

We take at least 15-25 days time in making of the statue depending upon the category (clay/fiberglass/paper pulp/POP) the client has ordered for. The client is required to keep in mind at the time of placing order, the time we need to complete the idol and the duration it takes to reach the destined port (say for example, to reach some US ports from kolkata it takes 40-45 days…). 

In case of late order and urgent delivery only AIR shipment is the solution, which is expensive and attracts other additional charges.
